Lala_the_Lugia

Lala was once a normal lugia but she ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time when she decided to take a nap in the location that was being used as a testing ground for scientist, whom thought the area was deserted of all life after they made sure to vacate all the wildlife to reservations. The resulting experiments altered her form, corrupting it as well as a part of her personality but the main point of their experiments is dimensional travel and all of her changes occured as she tumbled between realms, landing with a splash in the lake within the Nexus. But despite being displaced from her realm, Lala decided to just stay here, not worrying about trying to get back to her old world and call this one her new home. She has made her home in a large cave that one must travel underwater to get to, making it pretty hard to find and get to.

Description and Personality:
Lala is about 15 feet long/tall and weighs about 476 pounds. The feral Lugia known as Lala is pretty smart, able to communicate with people telepathically, and is quite friendly despite her dark appearance though she can become very aggressive when provoked. She won't bring anyone to where she made her home unless she absolutly trusts them, after all, she has been alone and in the wild all her life.

Moves:
Like normal pokemon, she knows 4 moves, some of them she even stole tms from trainers to learn. These 4 moves ares: Shadow Ball, Hyper Beam, Hydro Pump, and Psychic.

Other things of note:
While Lala can be captured with a pokeball, she can't be swayed to obey her 'trainer' like most pokemon captured does and she would still be classified as a wild pokemon, meaning, to her, trainers and pokeballs are nuisances.
