She gets it. She understands. It happens ALL the time.

By her own admission, she is an Amazon. ( Not hard to get that part wrong; She does stand nearly 7 ft. tall. )

But the variance of point, the contention she has to deal with lies in her role among the Queen's Empire. She is not a Warrior, but rather a member of the Science Corps. A scientist and technician focused on enhancing and developing the weapons and technlogies of the Sisterhood. Not to suggest she couldn't beat the snot out of a squad of Human soldiers with her bare hands, or hit the target dead on at 300 yards. All Amazons carry the traditions of the past, but to keep up with other cultures that progressed into space faring civilizations, the Empire had to adapt.

The tenets of sexism had to be eradicated. Xenophobia had to be weeded out. Disregard for advanced technlogy, weaponry, and tactics couldn't be tolerated any longer. In the eras leading up to Mankinds expansion into the univese, Amazons had to experience cultural exchances of students and occupantial workers. A renaissance of their culture had to take place.
