Reason Why she is here:
She is currently taking a vacation from her responsablities, well, sorta. She left a duplicate to do her job as not only forging new dimensional scissors but also defending them from people that abusing their powers is just way to stressful. She would just use her dimensional scissors to sneak off to other realms to just enjoy herself and release a lot of stress of her job.

Appearance:
Hekapoo has pure white skin, two fangs sticking out of her mouth, pointed ears, spiked arms, and long red hair tied back by a black spiky hair tie, the bangs hanging down over her right eye, both of her eyes are orange, a black crown upon her head and one yellow-orange horn on each side of her head. She wears a yellow-orange ball gown and brown high heeled boots. What she wears under her dress and boots, no one knows.

Powers:
Telekinesis: She mostly uses this power to levetate the parts of the scissors to put them in place as she forges them.
Pyrokinesis: Hekapoo has the power to control fire, producing it at will.
Super-Speed: The name speaks for itself.
Self-Duplication: She can clone herself and those clones have the same power as her, except for self duplication.
Longevity: Hekapoo has a long life span.
