Lady Bow, the master of the household "Boo Mansion."

Strong-headed, snooty, and slightly spoiled are often used to describe this spirit. She is known to also be kind-hearted at times though. She did help save all your wishes, did she not?

However, life has grown a bit dull at the mansion. True, she takes the occasional trip with Bootler, her faithful servant. True, she likely also spends some time with the previous foe Tubba Blubba, maybe giving him a good spook before laughing it off with the large clubba.

But another pass-time has come to the boo mistress' attention. Inviting folks into the place. True, they did it before with the occasional child from Toad Town, giving them a good scare and tour of the place, then sending them on their way. But... she began to occasionally make them stay. Some accepted... some didn't.

But none left either way.
