There is no tear inducing story behind why Izumi became a crossdresser. He wasn't abused, he wasn't raised as a girl due to some ominous superstition. No, it was just his geniune curiosity and power of the internet. Seeing some crossdressing focused websites, he sort of grew curious, and got into the community. Luckily for him he already looked the part and easily pulled off the convincing look.
As such, his secret popularity started. You won't see him in the mainstream magazines, or at the talk shows, but he has few loyal fans. His photos circulate through circles that ride a very thin line between legal and illegal.

His name being one of the biggest flaws in his secret persona, however, held up rather well, as nobody actually expect him to use his real name, so "Izumi-tan" is just assumed to be a fake name.
As of now, his ambitions are to eventually become big and mainstream, when he feels confident and old enough to come out. He hopes for the days he will be able to go around conventions, dressed in all sorts of cute outfits, turning all of the heads around him.
