Granted, this doesn't make him all knowing...as the future is up in the air. However, he can know names and such, which commonly creeps people out.
Though, even so, he has a small 'family'...a group of littler kids he looks after that have run-away or been kicked out...basically the unwanted and unworried living for the minute...
