Yuki-onna are often said to be the spirits of those who died in snowy or icy conditions. Some stories say these succubus-like ladies ambush men in the snowy regions, draining their energies via sexual intercourse and leaving them frozen afterwards. Others say they prey upon heat, and won't allow their victims to go until they're sufficiently warm. Others still say they are like vampires.
Konsoko doesn't really give a crap about the stories. She knows what she likes... and, if asked, she'd say 'all of the above'. To put it another way, all of the stories are true... at least, in regards to this girl. All of them, and more. She'll sex folks, she'll suck their heat, she'll lick their blood and leave them frozen. She'll also eat them.
She also goes to the beach, too.

Well, to be honest, a lot of folks just don't come to the deep, deep mountains where Konsoko's mansion is parked. A three-story love shack and no one to share it with... shame, huh? So, Konsoko, being the adventurous yuki-onna that she is, has to go seeking out prey/lovers/whatever she feels like. This takes her aaaaall over Japan. Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka (her three favorite cities so far), anywhere you can name. She's been there, done that, gotten the t-shirt, and walked away with a bloated belly.
Being a yuki-onna and all, Konsoko's abilities are mostly focused around snow, ice, coldness, etc. She likes freezing folks and licking them like giant icepops, particularly... or putting them in ice cubes for giant mixed drinks. Smaller victims, such as fae, are much more portable in this regard.
She can always just fatally lower your body temperature, or freeze and then shatter you, but that makes you un-tasty. She likes to eat folks. She likes to suck out their heat, and then sex them while they're too cold to struggle, to drain their energy, then trap them in her belly, or her pretty blue hair. An encounter with her is often long, and chilly. Bring a coat. It only warms up near the end... sorry~
She can generate snowstorms anywhere... good way to clear a beach... and has power over snow and ice, and limited control over water (as long as it's chilly water~). She can pop a snowman up in the desert, and keep it there! Oh, that's another thing. She's relatively immune to the heat herself! She's really good to have in the summertime, as she's a walking sno-cone dispenser (much to her chagrin). She makes lots of money though... enough to have her own beach stand, during the summer months.
She owns a total of four homes right now... her mansion waaay up north, hidden somewhere in Hokkaido, a studio apartment in Akihabara, a two-story house in Kyoto, and a one-story home in Osaka. She can teleport between them instantly, or back to one from her current location. And she can even take one person with her! She still has a goal of finding someone who can do her in all -four- of her bedrooms before they become icepops. No luck yet~!
