Kodran

Kodran is a rather large and heavily armored dragon, covered in green-brown scales, and with a light grey underbelly.

His story is rather simple, or at least, what he knows of it is. He was built, not born, by some highly advanced military corporation, to be used as high mobility assault platform. As far as he knows, he did serve armed forces for many year of his life, simply as a transport for soldier and carrying weapons mounted all over his body. But he cannot remember any of it. All he knows is that a few years ago, he was officially "decommissioned", and was left in a world unknown to him, with nothing more than a short letter explaining why he's there and what he is, and a small device that would allow him to terminate himself, should he not want to live.

Even if in a strange world, and even without memories, he did decide to go ahead and do what he can of this life. After all, he didn't have much to lose.

His body is built somewhat like a tank. This dragon is well over 80ft from the tip of his muzzle to the end of his tail, standing on all fours. The scales that cover his body are very thick, pressed one against the other rather tightly as to leave no open space between them, a few small holes and scratches over them from things that happened in the past, as well as some metal plates to cover up spots where weapons used to be installed, right over his shoulders, along his back and a few along his sides.

His head is rather similar to the standard western dragon's head, a bit more square and bulky, covered by a large mask-like armor plate over the top of his snout, from his muzzle tip to just past his eyes. Two horns are located at the back of his head, going straight out, the very tip of each cut off, a small screw hole being there, having been used previously for radio antennas, a small metal tip inserted there to make them pointy again. A rather small pair of ears can also be seen behind his horns, placed so that they would be protected by them.

If you were to look inside his maw, you'd see dozens of rather blunt, large teeth, only made to grab and tear, without being sharp enough to cut. But if you were to look closer, you could notice that he also has a second row of teeth, on a separate bone right behind those, coming out only when biting hard, which are much more sharp and pointy, easily able to cut thru most materials. You could also notice his long, thick forked tongue, each of the tips being able to move independently, being fully prehensile, seeming made to manipulate things.

This dragon's neck doesn't seem very special, except for two small rows of spikes along it's back, being able to fold flat against it or stand straight up, an a rather large fleshy throat pouch, hanging down a bit, able to stretch easily, even if usually kept rather close to prevent it from getting damaged.

As most dragon, he does possess some rather impressive bat-like wings, but they usually are hidden from sight, this dragon having a special compartment along his sides for them to slide in, protecting them from damage. All that can be seen of them is a slight bump along his side, where the wing's arm is located.

His paws are definitively not the most gentle thing, his claws going the whole length of each finger, broken up in 3 sections so they can still be flexible. He has only 4 fingers on each paw, without any true thumb, making his paws rather useless for manipulating smaller things.

His back is covered by small spikes, two rows of them on each side of his spine, being able to fold flat as well, getting a bit larger as they get close to his fore and hindlegs, perfectly straight and rather pointy.

His underside is covered by large bellyscales, going from his lower jaw all the way down his throat to his belly, then down his tail. These provide protection from attacks from below, the only weak points being one opening in the center of a scale between his hindlegs, and another located right at the center of his belly, right where two scales join together.

His tail is almost as long as the rest of his body, spikes going down each side of it, being able to fold flat like all the others, and a tall sail going down along the center of it, to help steer while flying, and swim, also able to fold down.

His tail ends with three curved spikes, placed in a way so that they could act like a claw if needed, or rip into thing as his tail gets whipped toward a target.

If one was to look in the right spots, they would notice that his creature definitively seems to be male, with all the usual organs in place, even if their functionality might not be quite what one would expect. Of course, due to his armored nature, none of it is visible from the outside, except for a small opening in his belly scales.

The only other particularities one might notice on this dragon are a few spots covered with traces of white paint, remains of certain identification numbers that were marked on his body, not enough remaining to be readable.

As far as this dragon's attitude goes, he is a rather curious one, not quite used to the world and still quite willing to play around with smaller or larger creatures. Even if his body was used for war, he doesn't seem to be mean at all, but this doesn't mean he won't fight back if pushed to it.
