Klell

Backstory: Klell is an android from a timeline where Trunks fucked up so bad that this thing somehow came into existence and that's pretty much it.

Powers: He has no other abilities like the original Cell but he makes up for it with his Weengas Maximus attack, with this he is able to cock whip anyone throughout all of existence and back because he's just that good.

Personality: He's lean, he's mean, and he's got a raging boner from hell with your name on it and he's not afraid to show it off. (I.e he's completely batshit crazy.)

Friends and Foes: So far he has no friends but as for enemies his only mortal enemies are Doctor Ivo Robotnik and the Grimace as they are the only beings in the known multiverse who can stop him.

Also the image is drawn by me and no i did not draw him this bad on purpose i really suck so much at drawing that i just took advantage of it.
