Deep inside the sea Kiyoe lives to her self enjoying time by her self. Occasional she loves to find nice things, rather someone wearing them or out in the sea. One night trying to find treasures , she spotted a married woman off by her self in a lovely silk dress. Wanting that dress she proceeds to surface only showing her human half waving at her telling her to come play.. The woman should have listened to her instincts. As she stepped inside of the water...Kiyoe grasped her form with her tentacles, pulling her under. Now the woman went missing for multiple days, people looking for her...her body never found..what was left of her, was the dress Kiyoe now owns and...some fat on Kiyoe's stomach..She can live couple weeks to a month on a single person. She keeps her friends and family close, wanting to help them no matter what, or nice people she will help them too.

Extreme speed & Strength - Kiyoe is only fast, just in the water but, she can easily avoid people on shore, her strength comes from her tentacles on her bottom and the ones on her head.

reforming limbs - Human half, and octopus bottom have the ability to reform if the limbs are cut off.
