Yep, this is Chi from PhoenixAndFriends, unbirthed and changed by Tetsune. Now this former Minccino will have to adapt to her new form and the powers that came with it.
Although Chi lost her cute Minccino ears and her less than fluffy tail, Chi seems to have held onto Luna_Rosencross's power that she was given.
So in short, she can't use her tail to attack like she used to but one good hit from her hands or anything will cause a good deal of pain. Magic, she is so unfocused that anything could happen. Want a campfire? You got a burning forest instead.

Tail Powers:
1 Tail: All the simple Kitsune starting abilities such as Kitsune Fire.
2 Tails: Access to charming others into doing her bidding and falling in love with her, rendering them unable to fight unless someone interferes. She also can successfully Soul Vore. -Gained from eating and adding Sonya_Grey's soul to her breasts.
3 Tails: Her third tail is able to turn slimy or harden like steel. In addition, her charming magic has been intensified meaning that those caught in one of Chi's charms will be unable to break free by themselves and they last twice as long. Able to Tail vore now and has the ability to turn into a slime kitsune. -Gained from eating and digesting Phoenix ((PhoenixAndFriends))
4 Tails: Chi can now summon her ancestors to fight for her. Those she summon will look alive as if they never died in the first place.
5 Tails: Chi now has healing abilities! She can automatically reform herself too without any hassle! And its all thanks to Mary_Katt

Facts about Chi:
-She loves sweet food. Her favorite is Cheesecake
-Due to her love of sweets and her whole life of eating almost nothing of the stuff, she tastes as if she was a piece of candy.
-She hates being showed up by other cute girls
-Loves using forcing others to be her lackeys, especially cute girls.
-Chi has a short fuse. Watch out if you anger her.
-Scratching/rubbing her ears causes Chi to stop what she is doing and sit back and enjoy it. Can be used to make her stop fighting if nothing else.
-Chi is afraid of snakes, nagas, lamias or any serpentine being.
RP Ideas: ((Note, these are mostly geared towards Chi being prey.))
-Chi is out training to use her new magic when someone comes along to help, only for Chi to end up inside of them as a means of payment for helping her.
-Chi is out and about when she is suddenly faced with a slime girl. A struggle happens as Chi fights not to be absorbed/eaten by the slime girl. Can end in either Chi winning and slurping the slime girl down or the slime girl manages to pull Chi inside, able to do what they want with Chi as she tries to fight her way out.
-Same as the Slime girl idea but its a Lamia/Naga that ambushes her and either manages to pull Chi inside of them or just have their way with her, having her coiled up/hypnotized.
-Just a normal day until Chi finds someone that is good with magic and persists in trying to get them to teach and mentor her. ((doesn't have to be vore or sex based. :3))
-Surprise me! :P
Passives:
Magically Challenged: Chi is very horrible at using her new magic. So much that it often fails or ends up backfiring. When using any magic, she gets a -5 to the roll. If the roll ends up negative, the spell back fires on Chi, doing half of the effect/damage on her.
Tough Fighter: Magic maybe bad for Chi to use but she still has her strength. When using physical non-sexual attacks, Chi deals a bonus point of damage. Double the damage if she gets a 20 on a attack. In addition, she starts with 14 HP.
Sweet Tasting: Of having eaten nothing but sweet food throughout her life, she naturally tastes sweet all around her body. For her opponents that are voring her orally, they get 1 hp from her taste and receives a perm +1 to getting her back into their stomach after she escapes. ((Stacks only three times)) Also, licking Chi results in +1 HP.
Slick when wet: And not meaning when she is dripping with fem cum from her nethers, Chi can be easy to take in when she is doused with water, cum, etc. Any attack that would leave Chi wet gives her a -2 for three turns. If she is in the final stage of any vore, she gets a -1 until she gets out.
Actives:
Kitsune Fire: Chi employs the use of the most basic and common Kitsune attack. If she gets a hit with this, her opponent takes 1 damage plus another point for every 3 points her opponent lost in the roll. If the attack turns up as a 1 or as a negative number for Chi, the spell back fires, hitting Chi for 2 damage.
Kitsune Breeze: Chi uses a type of wind magic to gain a boost in speed. If she wins the roll, she gets a +1 for 4 turns. If she gets a 1 or a negative number, it backfires, turning into a small twister around Chi, shaking her up and stunning her for a turn with a -1 for three turns. If Chi has become wet with water or something and is being effected by Slick when wet when she uses this attack, she will dry herself off, removing the negatives off of her
Kitsune Puddle: Chi summons water to splash onto the battle field, making her opponent get a -1 for three turns. If the attack gets a 1 or a negative, the attack back fires, splashing Chi with the water dealing 1 damage. This is where Slick when wet comes in if Chi is hit by the water.
Kitsune Hail: Chi makes the sky above start to hail. This deals one damage per turn for both sides for five turns unless either side rolls more than a 15. If Chi gets a 1 or a negative number, she is pelted by the hail alone, dealing three damage to her.
Charm: Chi uses her magic to charm her foe! ((Duh.)) Is not affected by Magically Challenged. Chi must win by 3 for her opponent to be effected. If Chi wins, her opponent gets a perm -1 to their rolls. ((To a max of -3))
Punch!: Very simple. Chi punches her foe. Deals 2 damage For every +5 Chi winds by, she deals a added +1 for the damage.
