Changes have been happening in Megalopolis. An insidious force has been covertly wending its way through media, the food and water supply, and now the government. Cuffs
The cuffs themselves are strips of the same aluminum-latex as the uniforms, but have coating of special molecular velcro on one side. This new fastening material will stick to itself as if the two piece were one, but not to anything else. The cuffs are connect by an expandable pole, allowing them to be as close together as a regular hand cuffs, or far enough apart to force a criminal into a painful full split.
