Description
Kiera is a sort of mercenary, a self-styled "elite investigator." She takes on clients who are typically looking to address a situation beyond the reach of traditional law enforcement or private investigators.

While her work is mercenary in nature, Kierahas a rather focused moral compass, and has a distinct dislike for most criminals. In fact, her most frequent contractors are typically from police and other such agencies looking for someone to deal with unexplainable or supernatural threats.

Special abilities:
Kiera is a typical foxgirl. She is not a Kitsune and thus lacks any magical powers, at least for now. However, she does have a substantial array of technology at her disposal, some acquired from previous targets, or as payment for jobs. She is also a bit of a tinkerer, and has modified and created some of her technology.

Tech suit: Despite being a bit revealing, Kiera's suit provides a deal of protection for her. It contains various systems that can be used to protect herself or gain the upper hand in a conflict. However, most of the technology is either experiemental, or quite honestly ahead of its time, and as a result, most of its features are limited or short lived when used. Confirmed powers include increased agility, a light energy shield, and short-term active camoflage.

Zero Point Energy Guns: Kiera typically carries one or two of these around with her. Small, compact weapons that look like energy pistols. In their main function, they are precisely that. Hower, instead of normal ammunition, they run on a power cell that allows them to manipulate energy and matter. She makes her own cells, which are somewhat unstable and inefficient, so their use is limited. Aside from firing destructive energy pulses, or converting matter to fire bullets, the guns can also temporarily de-phase matter, freeze, heat, and even shrink or grow people and some objects.

Predation
Kiera typically only preys on targets after she has shrunken them down with her sidearm. However, she has been known to occasionally indulge in micros that she comes across, either for food or pleasure.

As Prey, Kiera is vulnerable to any creature or person large, skilled, or powerful enough to overcome her abilities.
