Arceus. The Original One. The creator of all Pokemon. had one last surprise. When a Trainer Recieves an Arceus, to maintain the balance of the universe, a new Arceus is born. This is that new Arceus.
A newborn, This pokemon has much to learn before he can take his father's place. despite being young, this arceus is still well beyond other pokemon in terms of power.
Abilities:
control over time, space, and antimatter. while still a young pokemon, this pokemon can bend the rules of time and space to counter the other creation deities. it can summon powerful meteors, and change its type to suit its needs. it can basically be whatever it wants to be.
if someone manages to catch him, another will take his place.
Personality: This arceus is still young. so can act VERY immature. and he does have a short fuse. however, he is a really kindhearted pokemon at heart, and when matured he will make a fine creator deity. as an arceus, he still is quite overconfident. and even a bit naive given his newborn status.
Moves: (can use any four of the following.)
judgement (can change type depending on the plate he is holding)
roar of time (borrowed from dialga, makes time halt while delivering a mighty energy blast, leaves him tired after it is fired.)
spacial rend (borrowed from palkia. can literally tear the space the oponent occupies, dealing huge damage.)
shadow force (borrowed from giratina, disappears very briefly and reappears to charge at opponent in a shadowy aura.)
