Kelly is a 19 year old very, very feminine boy. He goes out of his way to take care of himself and is often mistaken for a girl, something he actually enjoys. Kelly had enjoyed a decent upbringing and grew up always having had a feminine build. He soon enough became quite the slut and learned to leverage his looks something he used to deal with a couple of bullies in his school years. While Kelly is not at all strong, he does know how deal with lesser predators turning the tables on them. Kelly himself never did particularly well in school, hes not at all the brightest. Kelly knew that he was never going to get by on strength or intelligence, so his looks and lust where what he worked with. So it should be no surprise that he took to working where he could, working his body in one of the strip clubs in Nexus city.
