Ok I've been running into this a lot lately. I like flow, I like changes... If we talk before and set points A - B - C - D and things end up going A - D - % - ? I'm fine with that. Sex is a plus, vore is a plus. It doesn't have to be in every scene it doesn't have to be done right away. I enjoy character interaction more then ANYTHING.

Kela was born in the wastelands of the US 300 years after the bombs fell. She was born in the remains of Springfield Illinois. Her parents didn't have much, but they were able to get by. Passing travelers would often stop by their home and trade for some of the things her dad was able to scavenge and repair. He taught her a lot about fixing things.

When she was 12 that was when things turned for the worst. A group of raiders attacked her home, both her parents died in the attack. Kela survived, and was taken to their leader's tent that night. He thought she was weak, but a quick punch to the jaw knocked him out like a light. She took his gun and put him out of her misery. Thinking their leader killed her none of the others checked in. When she walked out of the tent no one saw it coming. One by one the raiders fell to her, she let none alive. She took what she could and loaded up their wagons, leaving the beasts of the wastes to take care of the bodies.

Kela traded off what equipment she didn't need for light weight caps. Then headed towards some of the bigger cities. On her way she discovered a abandoned military base. Well except for the robots that were roaming the halls. After a tough fight she made it to the basement. Where she discovered a miniature teleporter device. It was wrist mounted and ran on a power source she didn't understand.

Also in the lab was a device called a Reformer. The instruction manual sitting right beside it. Setting it up she smiled as she got it to work, and in time to. One of the robots she missed caught up with her, and placed a missile in her back.

When she was reformed she hunted that robot down and turned it into scrap metal. She set up some tough defenses for the building, and a auto return point for the teleporter if she were to die. Then she set off exploring, not knowing that the teleporter could also travel to parallel dimensions, until she found the park.

Fallout Setting
For Anthros: Vault 52 closed it's doors 2 days before the bombs fell. They specilized in saving the world's species. During it's 300 years of it's closure the residents grew to accustomed to the animals, and experiments in genetics were done. Now the once human residents are of all manner and breeds of animals. Some grew to have a vile hatred of humans for what they did to the planet. Others felt pity on the ones still alive on the surface. Either way short and small scouting missions are sent out every so often for signs of the world coming back to normal. Encounters with the survivors is prohibited, but not uncommon. Most are considered crazy, if they return at all.

Dragons/Monstrous creatures: Born in a lab before the fall of the bombs and buried below either in a cryo chamber or just with a incalculable life span. Years of digging has finally brought them into the harsh light of the wasteland. Looking to make their way in the world either good or bad. They are a mystery to most people, myths to some, nightmares for a short time to others.


Non-Fallout
While exploring this new dimension a predator stalks their prey. Kela doesn't know what lurks in the shadows, nor what plans it has for her.

Seeing a strange acting human can draw a lot of curiosity to those that are somewhat friendly. The strange glow she has about her has some other kind as well. While the gun on her back might be a bit of a deterrent, the fact she is more interested in things other then the people in the park might mean she wont use it.

To the business mind this is a girl looking for something, maybe she has something valuable in return. Kela is always willing to make a deal, even if she has to be washed off before every meeting.
