General Information
"Yuuka Kazami is a rather powerful and dangerous flower-loving Youkai. In the Lotus Land incident, Reimu and Marisa break into her mansion in the dream world of Mugenkan, and she defends herself. In Phantasmagoria of Flower View, she goes out to enjoy herself, trying to remember why the event that touches off the game's story seems familiar."
Sadism.
Sadism is characterized by a callous, vicious, manipulative, and degrading behavior expressed towards other people. it is also defined as the derivation of pleasure as a result of inflicting pain or watching pain inflicted on others.
Yuuka has sadism in her. She's not -always- a sadist, noone can be that stupidly blind to wish pain and harm around them no matter the situation. If that happened, she'd long be dead, and the yousei would destroy her flowers.
Borderline.
Borderline personality disorder is a personality disorder marked by a prolonged disturbance of personality function, characterized by an unusual degree of instability in mood and black-and-white thinking, or splitting. BPD often manifests itself in idealization and devaluation episodes and chaotic and unstable interpersonal relationships.
Yuuka is the definition of borderline personality disorder. One moment, she will be all smiles and hugs...the next minute, she has her foot on your neck and is trying to rip your arm out of socket. One moment, she's cutting across your pretty throat with a knife, the next she is kissing it and trying to take the pain away. And she -beloves- every second of it, as long as she is in control...and she -will- be in control eventually.

Abilities
Manipulation of plants: Exactly as it says on the tin. She can cause plants to sprout up, manipulate them to move as she wishes, make them grow rapidly, kill them just as rapidly, and any other number of things you may or may not expect.
Flight: Everyone in gensokyo can fly.
Power over speed: Yuuka is not fast. She'll never be fast, she does not want to be fast. She is strong though....so strong, she can break stone with her fists and not even think of it. Lift things that Oni would strain under, and punch someone so hard, they wake up in the past....Ok, that last one isn't -completely true, but it feels like it.
Magicannon: Yuuka is one of the uniquely powerful individuals able to use Magicannon, or Spark energy. Pure magical energy that can only be released into the world, its release is commonly known as the "Master Spark". She was the first to tap into this amazing power, and is still, by far, the most proficient in its use, not even breaking a sweat anytime she uses it
Lotus Twin: Yuuka is not one person, She is two people in one, she always has been and she always will be. With focus, she can manifest both of her sides out in a twin, her sweet side and her deadly side coming out. Generally she only does this in battle, if need be.
Parasol: The parasol is actually a very large flower, eternally living under Yuuka's power. She is never without it, as the parasol's handle is made from elderwood, an amazing conductor of power.

Not her own creation, but that of probably the only person she calls her equal, that being the Dark Spirit Mima. Simply an overcharged master spark, it rapidly changes from a bright white color, to an insane mix of gold and black when overcharged, but it also taints the land where it strikes. Barely used, unless Yuuka needs to be serious.
