Katyusha Slavorusa, The Naive Noble wih a price on her head


A Russian/Slavic princess girl, primarilly created from my love of Crusader Kings II. The daughter of a Fuedal or tribal Ardithian "Slavic" Human pagan warlord/ruler of Nothern Ardith Prime. Their kingdom is mostly human, with a mixing of elves and other demis. They often find themselves dealing with wolven, harpy and lamia raiders, but are setting up relations with the Silfrfang wolf tribe. They have a distinc Russian theme after learning about the history of the nation from an ancient sovoiet space probe that crashed long ago, containing the history of the nation. They opt to worship a "reformed" Slavic pagan religion rather than the traditional Ardithian ones. Reformed to make it fit to Ardithian standards, among other things.

The girl lives in the capital palace with her parents, and many sisters. She has a few older sisters and a number of younger ones. Her age is ambiguous and up to the partner, ranging from 21-10, up to the other player. though usually if not stated she's 16-18... Her relationship with her sisters of course differs from sister to sister. While she herself tries to be loving to each, some sisters return it, some isolate themselves and some plot to kill the others...

Plot to kill? Oh my... Why!? Under the current laws of her family, she gets Gavelkind inheritance, Gavelkind means her parent's land will be split between the children, with the oldest getting the largest share... Less sisters means more land for the remaining, so it's self explanitory... Thankfully her parent's Spymaster is fairly good at keeping the more vicious sister's plots at bay. it is suspected one even sent Darkmyst_Bladesoul after her, though the elf assassin failed, she escaped before she revealed who hired her.

Her family have a host of maids and servants, so she is very used to being served despite the fact she rarely sees her parents or sisters together outside maybe mealtimes, festivals and such. One of these servants is Vasilisa_Manaleaf. She is her personal handmaiden, and probably the person Katyusha sees the most.

She is not used to being around normal people, this can make her shy and socially awkward around non nobles, or atleast, socially inept. She doesn't know how to talk to common people without speaking to them like servants, or lacking knowledge in common topics. Such is the price of a sheltered life, but she is trying to improve. If asked about normal every day life tihngs, she'll often be left confused and unable to reply.

She is much more comfortable around other nobles, being used to conversing with others of regal bloodlines, she is still somewhat shy but at least more in her element as long as they stick to royal topics and those of ruleship and stewardships and the like...

One thing she has regularly is classes, usually privately or with her sisters, to learn things needed to be a good ruler. These can vary from History, Religion, Foriegn languages, to the Art of war and combat practice. She seems to show most skill in diplomacy and martial, but her trainer has told her she has "The intruige of a wet blanket"... So she definately needs help there.

Her favourite thing to drink is fresh milk, she often has glasses of it brought up by the milkmaids, while her favourite food is definately sweet pastries. She also adores chocolate, though since it is very cold where she lives it is only able to get it from merchant traders, Thankfully her city grows something known as snow-sugar, essentially hardy northern sugarcane, though not as sweet as normal sugar, it's still good for treats. Though those are her favourites, she regularly enjoys regular "royal food" Such as mead, wine and roasted meat and vegetables. She has an extremely low tolerance for spices however, and is quickly overwhelmed by even mild spice.

In the modern day/settings Katyusha may be the daughter of a wealthy business owner, decended from a noble line or still a modern day princess. Either way she will still be fairly sheltered, naive and not used to being outside, at least not without security and everything being pre-planned.
