Background:
Katsura was always such a sweet child, a real daddy's girl who was adored by her neighbors. Like many kids Katsura loved to play, especially with dolls and toy animals - her plushie collection growing fairly big as the years slowly ticked by. However as she grew, so did her beauty, and her love of playing slowly extended more and more towards other people - who in her opinion were generally more interesting than plushies and dolls, albeit rarely as cute.
However soon her playing started to get a little out of hand, the young girl 'experimenting' with new games and activities - ultimately resulting in the young girl getting a bit of a belly. The news that Katsura was pregnant shocked the community, and her parents, but Katsura herself was surprisingly content with this, since now she'd finally get the chance to 'play mother' for real, hoping to raise her child to share her appreciation of dolls and toys. Though of course, Katsura has no intention to let any of this stop her from continuing to play - especially now she's been getting 'odd cravings'.

Katsura is a kind, friendly and above all playful young girl who just loves having fun and enjoying the company of her toys and other people. Of course this love of fun, as well as her rather prominent belly, has resulted in her being labeled a slut at school - which hurts a bit, since all she really ever wanted to do was play. But a door never closes without new ones opening, as Katsura has since found she was getting
even more attention from others than she was before, with both boys and girls of all ages looking to spend some time with the cute, fun, pregnant Katsura, though their true intentions aren't always clear.
