Every since Katsumi could remember it was just her and her mom. With no father figure in the house Katsumi has to be strong for her mother but this meant Katsumi being tough at school as well. She was always getting into to trouble for fighting. She wasn't a bad kid she just wasn't going to take anything from anyone. Though what got Katsumi suspended from school several times was for mimicking wrestling moves on kids at school. Katsumi would watch wrestling after school and so badly wanted to be like one of the female wrestlers on tv.

When Katsumi turned 10 she started to train and eventually was able to train with a retired wrestler. She learned as much as she could from them and many of there submission moves. Katsumi eventually made it to the minor leagues of wrestling at 18 where she put her submissions to good use and quickly gained the wrestling name of 'The Venus of Submissions'. Eventually Katsumi made it to the prime time as it was called at the age of 19 and at first she lost all her but as she adjusted she started to win much more.

Inside the ring Katsumi is calm and collective and sometimes she can be cold. She won't do anything to win as she does not cheat but she won't go down easy and she is not afraid to injure another wrestler with one of her submissions to get the upper hand. Katsumi can be also a little bit of a bitch to her opponents but she is there to win after all. Outside the ring Katsumi is some what nice but she get on her bad side which is not that hard to do and she can be a total bitch to you and a little cold. Those that are nice to her she can be sweet to except for one person. Inside or outside the ring, Katsumi is cold and a bitch to her rival Sohara.

The rivarly between Katsumi and began from the very first day Katsumi entered the prime time. It was her first match on television and Sohara ended up pinning Katsumi with a school boy roll up and beat her in less than two minutes. Katsumi was so embarrassed that she vowed to make Sohara suffer in the ring and one day embarrass Sohara just as bad or worse. Katsumi ended up doing that in match where she completely stripped Sohara naked. The two's rivarly only heated even more that day and they two are rivals in and out of the ring.
