((This character is meant more for story development than just screwing around. While screwing around is cool, things get very emotional because of Katrina's distaste for her ailment. The image to the left is, of course, a reference and by no means exact, but it's a moment when Katrina was caught letting herself out on a private beach, but apparently the paparazzi didn't offer much privacy.))
The stage was a piercing black before the singular spotlight turned on. A figure stood in it; head held down and poised body ready to perform. Long black hair cascading down the elegant frame of the mid-height woman, giving a deep contrast to the pure white tights and tutu she wore. Her arms quickly jolted up, beginning to rise. The music then began. Orchestral strings being plucked and pipes being blown were accompanied on stage by the being’s graceful movements. Her long thin legs and arms allowed her to leap and flow seamlessly, her long, black hair trailing behind her as she moved. It followed the graceful figure like a tail of fire following a comet through the sky. The serene figure performed to the melancholy sounds coming from the orchestra, dancing and leaping in a way that made her seem like so much more than a woman. She was more of a force at this point, moving the views into seeing what the music made one feel. The song came to a climax after the long slow build. It crashed and boomed, the woman on stage reflecting the sound with a few leaps, and then it faded. She slowly fell into a split as the music ended by gliding to a stop. The performance was over.
Her name is Katrina Anastasia Putina, and the ballet has always been her life since she was little. Even from the age of innocence she can remember being pushed into the classes by the parents, but was not resentful at their force. She soon found that her skinny and long figure made her very good at it, and so she strove to be the best. Her determination came to be rewarded when one day she was given the opportunity of her life. She ventured all over the world, performing and acting out her play of dance and emotion for all to see. She had become a star. One of the lucky ones in life, Katrina owed it all to her own force of will.
The young lady now enjoys regularly performing at a theater that pays her very well, and she gets regular royalty checks for various videos and choreographies that she has devised for other ballerina’s to perform. She even has become a model on the side because so many agencies thought her frame and grace to be a good example and that many would find it appealing. Though, if they only knew how she felt about herself physically.
