Katarine is at Permavore_Risk... assuming you can catch her!

Katarine Vavilov is the so called 'Phantom Thief', who lives a jet set lifestyle among the rich and famous of Europe, robbing casinos and stealing priceless treasures for her own amusement.

A higher breed of criminal, the Phantom Thief only conducts heists of a superior caliber. She does not rob banks or hold up liquor stores, no, for her targets are precious stones and the vaults of the stupidly wealthy. Katarine has a code of sorts, in that she does not kill nor does she steal from the poor... only from those that have more then they know what to do with. And most often, her victims don't even know that they've been robbed until she's long gone! Her preferred targets are fine arts and rare gems. She typically leaves a calling card in her wake.

As far as anyone knows, Katarine herself is simply the spoiled child of a Russian aluminum magnate, jet-setting across the continent and doing whatever pleasurable activity catches her attention at the time. Her identity as the Phantom Thief is virtually unknown and INTERPOL is tearing its hair out with each new theft. Katarine's life is one of thrill and pleasure, wind-surfing on the Riviera one day, skiing in the Alps the next, racing her motorcycle the day after... Katarine's image is that of a spoiled child, seeking only her personal enjoyment, and it's helped to deflect suspicion away from her thus far.

The Phantom Thief uses a combination of high-tech gadgets and well honed agility to overcome a target's defenses. She's extremely well versed in security systems and the habits of security guards. In the past, she has used her body to seduce her way past guards and used her charming, innocent person to lull the owners of things she intends to steal into bragging about how they intend to protect their valuables from the Phantom Thief... telling her everything she needs to know to overcome them!

The bounties upon the Phantom Thief, however, are steadily growing as more of Europe's rich and powerful are 'victimized'. Many of them do not care if the daring criminal is brought in through legal means. And while most people get a small thrill reading about the thief's daring exploits in the newspapers, that's not enough to prevent them from having dreams of being the one to bring the legendary master thief to heel. And besides, you never know when one of those ancient artifacts will turn out to have a real curse on it...
