Katane Tsukimaru, a bakeneko that has a love for capturing and befriend spectral beings of all kinds, be they simple haunts or deceased deities. He treats them right so why not chat with 'im?
Preferring to garb himself in his oversized white jacket most of the time, you'll find that he's quite brightly colored character, with the crop of white hair and the two feline ears twitching back and forth. The same goes for his tail, which can easily split in two to enhance his prowess. And thankfully, his eyes are a gray instead of white because that's just plain creepy. Now ain't that irony. That aside, around his neck, he wears a collar that has a silver bell as the centerpiece. It doesn't ring unless it's for specific reasons. And around his belt is a large gourd, though he's sometimes mum on what that does.
If you were to approach him, he might jump from surprise before calming down. Just jitters from his regular hobby. Once they've calmed down, however, you'll find that he's of a cheery and polite demeanor. Not to mention he's quite a question-asker if you know something about spirits or such. However, once he gets into the zone, he becomes a different person...
And what do I mean by in the zone? Simple; Katane isn't so dumb to think every spectral being he goes after will be peaceful. But that's what the bow he slung over his shoulder is for. And besides shooting some rather powerful arrows, you'll find that it works as a good channeler for the beings willing to lend their abilities to the bakeneko. Oh, and don't count on surprise attacks; that's a trick that's been played a bit too much for him.
