Kanami

SOME people have all the luck! Or at least, that's how it seems to others. Where some girls lead perfectly ordinary, uneventful, and largely drama-free(at least regarding supernatural monstrosities) lives, OTHERS are thrown right into the fray, battling evil(or at least lecherous) baddies on a weekly, if not daily, basis! Some of them hate it(as is their right), while others LOVE it(as is ALSO their right). Some are pretty neutral about it, and simply regard it as a job. When push comes to shove, though, they ALL do it, and most of them do it as best they can. Kanami, though, is one who both loves her job and does it exceptionally well. But, then, she's a veteran, and VERY enthusiastic about her magical gift.

Kanami, you see, can use sound to create various effects, physical and otherwise. The sheer array of possibilities is astounding! Anything from a snap of her fingers to a whisper to a song can be used by her to achieve different effects(Snapping her fingers to tap someone on the shoulder at a distance, for example), and she's spent the four years she's been fighting monsters learning how to use her powers to devastating effect. The fact that she's a bit of an audiophile, and a musician(as a hobby) doesn't hurt, though. Who knew those guitar lessons would come in so handy, down the line?

And, well... she loves her job. She loves making music, and she loves helping people. It's a match made in heaven! And, thanks to her experience, and her explorations of her power, she's one of the most powerful MGs in her city! .... too bad she can't tell her class why she's almost always late. Dang monsters, makin' her late to class. At least she keeps a nice, high GPA...

But that's just her personality. Looks count for something too! And, well, she's got them. Kanami stands five feet two inches tall, making her moderately short without being TOO short. She has a healthily lean figure, with just a hint of softness to all the right places, sporting petite curves and slender legs. Her eyes, and hair, are both blue, with the latter coming down to the lower curve of her rear, and her skin is a lovely, light shade. She's most often seen in her school uniform, toting around a guitar case for reasons that are probably obvious to everyone who's read the profile. As for footwear, sneakers are mandatory. Can't go running around in anything else without hurting your feet! It'd be silly to try! (though occasionally, at 'work', she may wear combat boots).
