Kale looks startlingly happy, and even more oddly her sunny attitude
can't be explained by anything in her immediate vicinity. Wherever she
is, she seems to be regarding everything with an almost dazed look of
affection, as if every flower or pinecone or blade of grass or toaster
oven happened to be her single favorite thing on the face of the earth.
Now, were you not to notice her off in her corner, chances were you'd
never really process her seemingly inexplicably sunny outlook on
existence. Kale, however, has different plans, and stands out much like
a bright strobe light in an otherwise dark room. Kale is an odd mish-
mosh of colorful clothes, impeccably styled hair and more tattoos and
piercings than you can shake a stick at. Not that you'd really want to.
That'd be kind of weird, she'd probably hit you or something.
At her core, Kale's a white-furred collie that stands at about five-
foot-six, around a hundred and fifteen pounds. Her collie-ish mane
thing is missing, presumably shaved off 'cause it looks just a bit too
much like a beard for her tastes. Her hair's straight, primarily black
with splotches of blue towards the ends of each strand, tied up in two
little pigtails with bright, fuzzy hair ties. To either side, her
floppy little ears are studded with various bits of metal. In her right
ear, a thick, gauged industrial bar pierces through from one end fully
to the other. Along the inside lip of the ear are three small barbells
with little cones on either end. Her other ear is host to many rings, a
few more barbells and an odd spring-shaped piercing that circles
through her ear three times.
Her face fared no better when she came into contact with whatever
explosive it was that implanted so much metal into her. Three cone-
tipped barbells pierce her left eyebrow, right above her stunning green
eyes. Along with those, she sports a cone-tipped gauged septum ring and
two studs on the right side of her muzzle. To top it all off, a labret
ring pokes out from her lower lip, and if you're unlucky enough to be
stuck in a conversation with her, you'll easily see that her tongue is
studded as well. Moving down her form, you'll encounter a small star-
shaped tattoo on the left of her neck, a rather large barcode on her
right shoulder, a DDR arrow placed on her back (just by her left
shoulder,) a blue-and-black pawprint on her upper-right chest and
finally a small trail of stars leading from just below her chest to
just above the waistline of her pants, past her navel piercing. Her
blue-tipped tail is pierced with a large, surgical-steel barbell
through the skin at its upper base.
Hey - cool it! She's wearing clothes, too. Her upper half is covered by
a green, short-sleeved tee with a rather happy looking panda on it that
cuts off right around her midsection. Tied around her left upper arm is
a long length of black, semi-transparent ribbon that flows about two
feet down to the floor. Slung over her back is a small, military-
surplus ammo bag filled with various random items of no particular
importance or significance. Below that she wears a just-a-bit-too-tight
pair of darkish-blue jeans, and finally, below that, to her upper-right
leg is tied a rather large white satin bow. An almost useless belt,
hooked through only one loop, hangs at a cheeky angle from her hips.
Kale's happy-go-lucky, incessantly friendly and always upbeat. She's
always up for conversation, a cup of coffee or perhaps a rather quick
and dirty game of horseshoes.
