Info:
Kael is in fact an Anubian Snake blessed by the two gods Apophis and Anubis. However, blessed by them, he was cursed by Set to serve him for a while. (Anubian_Trio) When Ankh, Jewel and Sapphire entered his life that was when Set decided to use him against his brethren. He ordered Kael to kidnap Sapphire since the two had more of a bond over the time frame and ordered him to kill her in the naga code. To devour weaker creatures.
Kael obeyed by biting her and injecting a venom to make her more willing to being devoured. However, he was soon stopped by the two siblings and Jewel made a final blow to Kael in the heart. His last words to them was "Sorry... especially to Sapphire."
Apophis felt sorry for his follower being cursed like he was, so he made a pact with an unknown entity... This brought Kael back to life, but with extra on being a gooey snake.
Once he was reborn into his new form, Kael traveled far to get away from the society he had shamed, but soon after years of traveling he met a royal family that took him in and helped him. Another year or two, they gave him the royal rights to be prince of a section of their kingdom, which has nine cities and towns AND one royal palace near an oasis.

Personality:
Kael is an overall sweetheart naga despite his hunger and lust. He is very devoted in his two gods and will protect anything of theirs from harm, including people. However, if he is hungry, those want to steer clear of him. In this state he has no mercy to those he eats. However, being blessed by his two gods, he does have the ability to bring people back after digesting them, but they need to be devoted to Apophis or Anubis.

Abilities:
Some of the abilities he has is being gooey and near immortal because he can get physically damage unless he is freezing. Because of him being a goo-snake, he can make tendrils as an extension of his body to touch or other things for his prey. His goo and cum have a unique property that he can mentally alter it to have hypnotic properties to influence prey or people into his desires as if they were his slaves. Has many forms of toxic bites, where it can be deadly, arousing, sleepy, paralyzing, gooifying, and many more.
