Appearance: Julie is a tall, predatory woman who stands a little over six feet tall. Her large, spotted wings add to her striking, but terrifying, appearance. Scales cover most of her body, except her upper chest and face.Her scales are all varying shades of green. They are incredibly tough, and are resistant to smaller rounds even at point blank range. She has a thick tail with a club-like tip, and four talons on her feet. Her mouth is filled with sharp, serrated teeth that can tear through a thin layer of steel.

Biology: She has a unique biology that sets her apart from most. Her plated scales are layered in a way that minimizes the pressure of an impacts and spreads it over a larger area of her body. This helps minimize damage she receives from blows. Both her skin and her scales are extremely heat resistant as well, allowing her to withstand short bursts of flame. Too much heat could still hurt her, however.
Though she appears close to being human, Julie is in fact cold blooded. She requires an external source of heat to keep her body functioning properly. Of course, since she can shoot fireballs, this isn't a problem. Just below her throat is a large sac where the chest cavity would be on a human. In it, fuel that she eats is converted into a napalm-like substance bound with mucus and squeezed into spheres. These balls are launched out of the organ at high speeds and out of the throat. Her back molars have trace amounts of metals that, when rubbed together, create a spark. That spark ignites the ball, creating a molten ball of goo that sticks to whatever it hits. The quantity of fireballs she has at her disposal depends upon how much she has eaten. Usually she has around four or five stored.
Her tail is much more powerful then that of most creatures, as it contains an extra 12 muscles. The club-like tip has spikes all around it, arranged to look like a spade with swords jutting out. Each of these spikes has a poison gland filled with a toxin that damages the victim's blood cells. It will make them feel weak and shaky for a while. Three or four strikes from her tail will likely kill a full grown man.

Personality: Julie is incredibly hostile to those she doesn't know, particularly mammals. It is believed she is some kind of monster, but she has a surprising amount of loyalty and compassion towards those she cares about. But for her, pleasure always comes first. If you want to know more, just ask, or get to know her in a roleplay.

History: Julie had a very difficult past that she doesn't like to talk about. Suffice to say, she blames her mother for much of her suffering. After getting back at her mom by killing her, Julie went off on her own, adventuring and living outdoors. It was a while before she came across little Lavi, and felt compassion for the girl. She took Lavi under her wing, teaching her to fend for herself. She has officially adopted her, and likes to tell anyone who will listen about her daughter.

Active Abilities

Tailwhip
If Julie rolls higher then the opponent, they will be injected with poison from her tail! For ten turns, they will recieve -1 on all rolls. If Julie rolls lower then the opponent however, she is left open, and receives minus 5 on the next roll.

Flight!
Julie takes to the skies for two turns. during this time, she can only be hit with ranged attacks, or by characters that are also capable of flight. If she is fighting someone who is grounded however, she can only use Fireball!.

Fireball!
Opponent rolls d20. If they roll lower then a 15, they are burned, and get -3 on defending rolls for three turns.

Stench Attack
Julie will try to stun her opponent by letting loose a juicy fart in their face. If the opponent rolls lower than a 8, they lose one turn. She can only do this if the opponent is grappled.
Tail Wrap
After grappling an opponent, Julie can wrap them up in her tail. Each turn her opponent takes -2 damage.
Have a Closer Look
After a successful tail wrap, Julie can bring her opponent right up to her rear, which is already so close to them. Opponents get -10 to escape the first stage of anal vore if they were subjected to Tail Wrap first.

Passive Abilities

Sore Loser
Julie is very much used to winning, and because of this, she doesn't handle humiliating defeats very well. When in any stage of vore, she gets -1. When in any stage of anal vore, she gets -2. instead.

Spiky
Julie is pretty hard to hold down without getting hurt by her spikes. She gets +1 to escape grapples.
