I had the bad dream again...
Not everything works out as we intend. Sometimes a supersoldier project creates a perfect hero, sometimes it's shut down by backroom politics and/or heavy firepower.
Mind you, the latter is supposedly less common. It's also exactly what happened to Project Judgement. Politics failed to shut it down, so a strike team was sent in, and the whole place was wiped clean from both records and history books.
Mind, this would have worked BETTER if there hadn't been an escapee...
Ten years old at the time, scarred for life by the experience, and now grown into a fairly attractive teanager, Alecia Tremere, AKA Judgement, is the greatest failure created by that project. She's got a whole lot of mental issues, and a very high spot on several lists that people never knew about. For good reason, no less, but that still doesn't make it any easier!
Sixteen or seventeen years old, she's not quite sure which, with long, silky silver hair, bright green and blue eyes(right and left respectively) and a fairly athletic figure, she seems normal enough. She's got some pleasant curves to her, for sure, and some very nice, toned legs. Typically wearing a simple top and a nice, medium-short skirt, along with stockings and armgloves, she stands out a bit for her odd choice in fashion, but there's nothing to show what's REALLY wrong with her. Most people only see that she's quiet...
