Jokanna is a dragon.
Jokanna also has a tendency to steal things. She's what we call a kleptomaniac. Everything is hers and she must have it. At first, this posed an issue... Because unlike most dragons, she is not that intimidating. Hell, when she tries to breath fire only little puffs come out.
So she tried stealing. And sneaking. And being a rather sneaky little dragon. And it worked.
those panties shes wearing are stolen. Thus her life was as a thief, until it became as a... fun thief. That is, fun for her.
See, she began to get dissatisfied with stealing items... until she tried stealing people. Kidnapping some and just plain digesting others. That way, they'll be hers too.
She wants to own it all.
