Description/Personality: Not much is known about the cat girl, often seen dressed in simply a shirt and jeans(as in the pic), and always wearing a pink bracelet on her left wrist, she's a newcomer to the area, and can often be found wandering and exploring.
Kind-hearted and often giggly, she seems girlish at times, and other times mature. Usually when she is(and often does) defending her friends and loved ones, whom are her greatest treasure.
She often takes a matural approach to some of her younger friends.
After a long journey, she has discovered her inherited magical abilities. Though she is still learning, she has control over some of her power.

Fireblast - Blasts a circle of flame out from her body. This requires a great deal of energy. Cannot be cast in Naga form. Power: 10
~Water Spells~
Water Shield - A protective layer of water which can protect her from fire-type spells.
~Wind Spells~
Channeled Teleport - Teleports her to a place she invisions in her mind. As this is how the spell works, she can only teleport to places she has already been to. Can only teleport to and from outdoors.
~Earth Spells~
Jestella currently knows no Earth spells.
~Other Abilities~
Cat of Infinate Lives - Jestella has the ability to rebirth whenever she is killed, as long as her soul is free to do so.
Jestella has a home at the edge of the woods, it is protected by a charm which literally prevents anyone from finding it unless Jestella brings them there.
