Iiiiiiit's summer! And that means fun in the sun at the pool! And Jessica Houlihan intends to bum it up in the pool as much as humanly possible. Her little brother is spending the season with grandpa so there's no need to babysit, she's been saving her allowance so she doesn't need a summer job, and school is a distant problem because senior year isn't starting for another two months. Huzzah!
Jessie is a spunky and upbeat girl that loves to laugh and have fun. She enjoys the pool not for any particular love of swimming, but more because of the social atmosphere that surrounds it. I mean, everyone who's anyone is there. You can lounge around or exercise, read or horse around... whatever you want! And where else can you flirt with the boys while wearing a bikini? Jessie is proud of how she's filled out her suit this year, too, and she's looking forwards to turning some heads.
Some have accused Jess of being a little 'fluffy headed'. That's a kind way of saying that she's often got her head in the clouds. And, frankly, it's a fair thing to say. Jessie is up front and open... and often ignorant about other people's feelings. She tends to be oblivious to the things going on around her, and she has an unfortunate habit of laughing at socially awkward times. Still, she means well enough and is friendly and outgoing. She loves making friends and often reaches out to new people she meets. It should be noted, however, that Jessie also has an impish streak within her... and often gets an evil gleam in her eye when she manages to pick up a Super Soaker. Then,
