After a dark shadow took her from her home as a Elder dragon she became the dragon of the end... And ever time a new dragon is taken As more builders come to the end. Each dragon with their friendler form corrupted by the end's power. As an Ender dragon the dragon IS more likely to kill you for you to respawn in the over world than she is to keep you.
If one is able to purify her instead of kill her, she will be indebted to you and as such will keep you safe as her main form can. As for the rest of this, well it is about what she is like as either form.
Ender dragon anatomy -
Well one thinks soft... maybe a bit, it is more like going over soft gravel when getting swallowed, Her stomach is like shards of Metal as you get shreaded in there, and her intestines are like glass ripping what is left. Womb might be the only thing soft in her ender dragon body, but it is like going inside a viscous slime, and she can easily decided you need to die and respawn in the overworld as much as she can keep you.

1. Pre ender dragon Jane, She is looking for a rider, and once she does find the rider they are both pulled into the
dark end, and the rider can look for a cure or just stay as her number two to kill any builder that tries attacking her.
2. Ender dragon needs love and one of the new builders decides to have frisky fun with her instead of killing her.
3. Reading old legends finding out the ender dragon is a long line of cursed dragonesses pulled into the End and corrupted.
In this the reader of the book seeks to liberate Jane from this and end the cycle
4. (No ender dragon) Jane is gathered along with other elder dragons to find potiental riders amoung the calmer elder dragons.
You get to be that lucky rider of Jane.
5. Another time line or world wither dragons exist or not. Jane appears before you partly corrupted thankfully the full corruption
happens when she goes to the end, spared from becoming an ender dragon she has to be purified still but she is friendly and very helpful
