Created by Ryuuna and a Team of ten reseachers in the Moon Dragon region, Ithophis was made as a emergency weapon any dangers of the moon world. Authorized by their Goddess whom gave this dragon a few more biolocial functions such as sexual organs and concumption of food, but made it so it is not requried. Though she does lack concept of emotions for the most part reguarding them as more of a weakness to someone created as a weapon. She remained offline until recently she she was activated in fear of their loosing battle.
