We all started out as infants. Babies that were helpless, aside from the fact that we could melt anything human hands could make, if in fact they even got that close which wasn't often at all as we lived here: As we grew our skin hardened into less of a molten state where most of our flames were internal. Though we still had the initial heat on the inside that we could externalize either at certain focal points or all over our bodies. There was a time, when we were used. Bred for other purposes. Demeaning and humiliating purposes. But through time, we evolved and started fighting back against our oppressors.

Until finally we took a foothold for ourselves. Took the land back for our birth right. And now I find myself here, though how I came to be is still a mystery since a human cannot stand the fires within our kind. Yet here I stand complete and whole with all of the strength and dangers of my ancestors and weaknesses of humans.

Fun facts: Isyldur doesn't need food/water to survive. He needs heat. Kind of like Charmander, if his inner flame goes out he dies.
