The hospital has an entire section designated toward fetish related injuries.
The police station is filled with preds who hunt down criminals and their bellies are the jail cells.
Just about every home and business has a Reformation machine on the premise.

The Districts: The city is cut up into 5 districts, Northern, Eastern, Western, Southern and Center. Each district is cut into similar sized pieces but each having their own identity.
