Ishtar is a noblewoman of Friege, a nation known for its talented mage-knights. She is a descendant of one of the twelve Crusaders of Jugdal, Thrud, possessing the holy blood that allows her to wield the mythical tome, Mjölnir. For her immense power, she is widely known as the Goddess of Thunder despite not actually being a divine being.
Personality-wise, Ishtar is a complex individual. While not a particularly evil or cruel person by default, those who challenge her or those she holds dear face the full extent of her might. Even if fully aware that her actions are against those whom are good, If a need to be rid of an enemy appears, she will take it without hesitation... and, method depending, there may be some enjoyment for her to gain out of teasing a little would-be foe...~
