As a teacher, (former or otherwise) she is capable of providing immensely insightful counsel and advice to her pupils, as well as protection with her use of staves for healing and utility, and tomes for offense. While she would always prefer to find a diplomatic and pleasant solution for everyone involved, she is unfortunately aware that not every situation has such a luxury and can be stubborn in the defense of those she hold dear all the same.
