Pinkamena Diane "Pinkie" Pie, Element of Laughter and favorite party pony in Equestria... Nopony would ever guess that behind her extremely pleasant exterior lurked something much darker and more sinister than even the Great Evil Umbra herself... However, when Pinkie's usually poofy cotton-candy mane and tail suddenly drop flat, this energetic mare turns into a completely different creature... one who has a much more... satisfying use for "friends"...

It all started back on the Pie family rock farm where she grew up. Her existence was a miserable one, always being picked on and abused by her sisters and even her own mother and father just because she wasn't born with the same drab stone-colored coats they were... The only members of her family she could take comfort in were her Granny Pie and her older sister, Maud, who loved her more than anything and would often stand up for her against her other family members--sometimes violently--when she saw Pinkie being bullied. This exposed Pinkie to many horrific scenes of her sisters getting their bodies broken by one another on the rocks, all for her sake... The jeering taunts and laughs from Marble and Limestone Pie as they tortured Pinkie--and sometimes Maud--taught the young filly that there is only one absolute truth; pain brings laughter...

Then came the day of the legendary Sonic Rainboom, which filled the sky with a magical rainbow light. Its radiance sparked a new wave of inspiration in Pinkie, and drove her to seek out her true passion in throwing the best parties possible. It was then that Pinkie got her Cutie Mark of three party balloons that revealed her special talent. Gone was the dull, mopey rock farmer who was constantly getting picked on and beaten up by her sisters... or was she???

The addition of a new happier side to Pinkie had also awakened something primal... Something that got amusement only from the suffering of others... Something... evil...

A few days after the big party Pinkie held in the Pie residence, the family awoke to Marble Pie's screams when she had entered the kitchen to find Granny Pie horribly eviscerated and vivisected on the table, a look of terror on her face... The backdoor was wide open, and one of the kitchen knives was missing... Mr. Pie immediately organized a search party to find the culprit, knowing full well it could have been only one pony--that abomination, Pinkamena... Pie family justice doesn't rely on outside authority; instead, they prefer to do things within the family. That includes execution...

Maud volunteered to "scout ahead", though this was just a ruse so she could get to Pinkie before the others did... She found the mare far out into the rock fields, halfway to Ponyville already, the bloody knife clutched in her mouth. Pinkie turned to Maud with the most psychotic grin on her face, eager to defend herself, but when she saw who it was she stopped dead, dropping the knife with a clang on the ground and begging Maud not to hate her for what she did... Maud embraced her sister and reassured her that she could never hate her; she had made her a promise long ago that she would always love her no matter what... But, sadly, she could never come back home again after what happened, and before she was going to let Pinkie continue, Maud needed her to make her a promise of her own--that Pinkie would do whatever it took to keep this psychotic side of herself under control; no more killing... Pinkie swore with the very first Pinkie-Promise she'd ever made that she would keep her bad side from hurting anypony else, and with that promise, Maud gave the bloody knife back to Pinkie as she heard the sounds of the rest of the family approaching, wishing her sister good luck before leaving her to continue her trek to Ponyville...

Just as Pinkie was about to leave, she was suddenly attacked by her father, who had secretly been following close behind Maud. Their father was about to decapitate Pinkie with his farmer's scythe, saying that he should have done this when she came out of the womb, when Maud slammed him to the ground and knocked him out by bashing his head in with a rock. Pinkie would run to Ponyville and get help, telling the authorities that a bandit in the fields had killed Granny and tried to kill her before Maud and her father intervened. It was an easy story to pass off; after all, who wouldn't believe a child???

As the years passed, the incident left Maud a broken, emotionless wreck, only focusing on her work processing and harvesting rocks now that she didn't have a little sister to take care of, and Pinkamena would go on to learn her destiny as the Element of Laughter... But, behind the scenes, underneath Sugarcube Corner, away from Equestria's prying eyes, Pinkamena had been preparing and planning her greatest party yet; one that would take years--perhaps decades--to accomplish...

In the basement of Sugarcube Corner, there is a hidden chamber covered up by a fake wall. Long ago, decades before Pinkie came to Ponyville, there was a violent war between Griffonstone and Equestria, and during the conflict the gryphons managed to capture and occupy Ponyville for a majority of the war. During this time, it is said they carved out passages and chambers underground to act as holding cells and torture rooms for their prisoners, and they were complete with their own kitchens outfitted with massive ovens, used for roasting only one thing--living ponies... Pinkamena just happened to find the hidden entrance to one of the old gryphon torture chambers in the basement of her own workplace when trying to dispose of one of her first victims, and ever since then she's turned it into her own personal living area--her "party room", as she likes to call it...

Various gruesome devices of torture line the chamber, some of them used by Pinkamena herself when she's feeling more masochistic. The walls are double-soundproofed and lined with a plastic material that is easily cleaned. Her wardrobe is made up of various S&M outfits, and one unique dress she is making out of the Cutie Marks, wings, and horns of ponies she's murdered...

If you haven't already guessed, Pinkamena is a cannibal. Her favorite food is meat of any kind, whether swallowed whole or chewed, eaten alive or dead, raw or cooked, spitted or roasted, or even baked! Pinkamena will often take her victims and turn them into gruesome confectionary treats, like cupcakes, for example!

Pinkamena is also a wild sexual deviant, unable to say no when offered or resist the urge when she sees a pony she wants... Stallions, mares, futas, herm-mare-phrodites, femcolts, shestallions, cuntcolts, fillies, colts; even foals and feral animals are fair game!

Pinkamena tends to emerge when Pinkie is in a state of extreme stress or depression, like when she thought her friends didn't like her parties and didn't want to be her friends anymore... They should be grateful they were able to get her back to normal before any of them ended up in her "party room"... However, she is just as random as her other half, and will sometimes come out at the most inconvenient times... The only sign will be Pinkie's mane and tail suddenly going flat, but she will act like nothing is wrong. You may notice her conversations starting to take on a... much darker tone, though...

As for Maud, despite the stone-colored mare's now equally stoic personality, Pinkamena still loves her endlessly and she would never dream of hurting her... Though, maybe she might love Maud a little TOO much for a sister... Maud visits Ponyville every so often to see if Pinkie has been keeping her Pinkie-Promise, but what she's heard in the news and local gossip seems to suggest otherwise--ponies going missing, never to be seen again, and the only solid lead is that they're usually last seen around Sugarcube Corner... Pinkie's workplace... Perhaps this is why Pinkie gets so enraged when a pony like Applejack breaks a Pinkie-Promise--she's not just angry at them; she's angry at herself, knowing that she's constantly been breaking her very first one... made to the very sister she loves...

And in regards to the rest of her family, they haven't forgiven Pinkamena for what she did to Granny Pie, but Maud has been trying to put things into perspective with them in a way that they would understand in regards to Pinkie's mental situation. And given that Maud is now the strongest Pie out of all of them thanks to years of rigorous work toning her body to absolute physical perfection, it's rather hard for any of them to argue with her anymore... Besides that, Pinkie is now an Element of Harmony, and is among mares who can give her the help she needs... right??? Regardless, nowadays, her mother and father have seen fit to allow Pinkie to visit the family farm on occasion--like Hearth's Warming--but every member of the family, including Maud, remains on edge around her when she comes over and keeps a close eye on her, just in case she might snap...

Pinkamena's "party room" comes complete with a high-quality webcam and laptop so she can record her sadistic and sexual exploits and upload them to her hidden blog, "Pinkamena's Bakery", which can only be found by accessing the Moon Web; Equestria's version of the Deep Web... She even runs a live webchat on the Moon Web's select streaming service, the Discordium, where anything can be streamed no matter how graphic or lewd. During her show, ponies with a PayPone account can donate to her to request what they'd like her to do to her latest victims...

On one final note, thanks to Twilight, Pinkamena has access to a variety of potion recipes, ranging from size-changing and expansion to taking on anthro and human forms, and even one that will give her a nice thick stallionhood that would make Big Mac look like a colt...

It is rumored that Pinkamena is the creator of the cursed Red Room popup, but this has not yet been confirmed...
