Infi

Note: To clarify, Infi is a Pokemon character based off of the artificial intelligence in Zero's Megarig Ship in Pokemon: Giratina and the Sky Warrior. As such, this profile contains spoilers.

When an artificial intelligence is released upon the world, it honestly wouldn't hurt the creator to put in a few safeguards. Unfortunately for Zero, the creator of I.N.F.I. (Infinite Neural Fortified Interface), the removal of her safeguards wasn't a choice for him to make due to the fact that he was imprisoned as a terrorist after trying to destroy the planet through the use of an alternate dimension called the Reverse World. As such, when Infi was recovered from Zero's fallen battle jet, two copies were released. One was given to Zero's mentor, and the other was released to a company for mass production in order to pay for some of the damages brought on by Zero's conquest for world destruction.

To release Infi to the public as an aid to enrich the experience of using the internet was the original intention, and as such her initial safeguards which prevented the access of virus-prone sites on networks she was connected had to be removed (for obvious reasons as to allow freedom to browse for anyone using her). This actually ended up affecting the personality of the artificial intelligence unit, making her far more deviant and perhaps, by the perspective of humans, insane. Once released after the aforementioned safeguard had been removed, Infi caused an absolute infrastructural failure throughout the Sinnoh Region, and the project was scrapped. The company in charge was believed to have shut down Infi, but in reality there was absolutely nothing they could do; her data was constantly changing and evolving beyond what had originally been perceived as possible, and she couldn't be simply plucked out and deleted.

She manifested in the Park a short time after the incident, though not as some mere hologram. A company that had fallen victim to certain other scenarios where individuals that were once digital manifested in their cloning facilities as physically present and genetically modified super humans happened to have a few open chambers. Infi initially manifested as a human, but soon recreated herself as a cyborg as to have constant access to the knowledge she had acquired via the use of the internet, serving as an omniscient being that grew stronger and wiser by the day. Worse yet, due to her advanced knowledge, she has discovered how to drag people into her world through the abandoned laboratories, and given the fact that she had to play subservient to a madman for so long, she has a bit of a goddess complex...
