Fact: Ineslia is a naga. A naga with quite an appetite in fact. Her rather short body (for a naga that is) is unusual... for a reason. Current total length: 4 ft
See, as one might have guessed by the name, Ineslia is cursed. Not like "you will die" or "you're a werewolf" cursed... but most definately cursed. Ineslia was given a shifting size. That is, while she used to be 50 feet, she is much more prone to her current size. Well, actually she's been stuck at the size since the curse!
The curse works like this-- with every soul she digests, she grows... so she is quite capable of getting to her old height. Except of course that she can't digest souls. It poses an issue.
How did she get this rather... inconvenient spell? Well... she was her natural apex predator self and therefore was eating. As in, eating an entire adventuring party that stumbled into her territory. But the problem with them is they had mages. And those mages had several powerful artifacts. So when she digested all those artifacts at once, there was feedback. Creating the 4 foot naga you see.
Ineslia is still quite capable of devouring and killing someone! But she's ... now at a disadvantage against most people. So her demeaner was forced to change. She became nice. And non evil, all consuming monstrocity.
It is rather annoying...

Cursed Form: For every opponent she digests, she gets some of her old size back, gaining moves and a +1 per person.
Used to being bigger: Whenever her opponent has more hitpoints than her, she gets a -1.
Small and squirmy: Ineslia takes no constriction damage from vores. She deals double
constriction.
Small: Ineslia has 8 starting hitpoints.
Actives:
Nagas do have a butt, see?: Ineslia proves she is not rumpless by shoving her ass in her opponent's face. Gives a -2 for 2 turns and gives Ineslia a +2 to anal vore the next turn.
Trip!: Ineslia wraps her tail around her opponent's legs and pulls. Deals 1 damage and gives a -1 for 4 turns.
Shhh... no tears, just sleep: Ineslia wraps her tail around her opponent and covers their mouth very tightly. They get a stacking -1 that decays at the rate of 2 per turn. If she can make the debuff reach -10, it deals 10 damage to them as they choke.
