His specialty is ice magic, given his lineage traces back to a curse given by an ice dragon. His half dragon form also grants him the ability to fly for short periods of time.
He's a reckless, carefree adventurer who often finds himself in rather precarious trouble. Sometimes the trouble is enticing, other times he won't go down without a fight.
Abilities:
Alter form: can switch between the form of a pure human and a half dragon (wings and claws) at will.
Dragon's Breath: Being dragon kin he has access to a breath attack, an extremely cold burst of wind and snow. Can freeze smaller targets solid.
Icy magic missile: Magical tracking snowball
Ice Burst: A burst of icy shards explodes out in all directions focused at a point.
Polymorph: A channeled ability that when released shrinks his target significantly.
