Name: Kumatori (Kuma for short)

Physically, this bear has white, fluffy fur all around his body, two eyes with sort of a brownish color, and a nice amount of pudge. The eye catcher would most likely be his set up and outfit. The green and orange military gear (with some grey, of course) was Kuma's standard outfit to fit himself in with his role as a soldier of the polar bear army.
A Kumamon/Chakmon that possesses the power over ice! This little guy believes himself to be a member of the polar bear army, but won't give out any information when asked about it, claiming it's "classified information." For all anyone knows, it could just be made up and this little bear could be dreaming this stuff up on the fly, or playing a really hardcore game of pretend. He can sort of act a little bit kiddish as well, though will be as serious as possible when he needs to be.
He carries with him a Launcher styled after a four barreled rocket launcher, used to launch snow. His boots also contain retractable skis just in case he needed them. His final attribute was his ability to shift his body, becoming a snow or ice construct. Sometimes he could even choose to be a blob of snow, or open up parts in his body. Mainly he used this ability to turn himself into an icicle from the neck down.
