Ibara

It's a living tree!

Ibara here is a Cherrymon and as his size shows, he's ancient compared to the species of organic flesh and blood creatures.
He's lived a long time, but that's because along with his natural vitality, he's also quite the crafty predator with a silvery tongue. Preferring to trick his prey, Ibara can worm his way into the minds of his appointed victims without them realizing that they've been invaded, and will use their darkest desires, and deepest doubts to trick them into following his advice.
Some, Ibara have found amusing enough that after worming his way into their doubts and sorrows that he has taken them under his wing to which they faithfully serve him, Some not entirely willing but to the cherrymon...they simply serve his desires until he finds that sustenance is becoming hard to come by and devours his servants to tide him over until more unfortunate victims make their way into his forest.
