Vapor, (very original I know), was caught as an Eevee on Route 10 in the Kalos Region. Although at first, the Trainer thought the Eevee looked pretty normal he began seeing that, in fact, his Eevee was not like other Eevee.
Some of the things he noticed that were different about this Eevee, soon to be named Vapor, was that its posterior was noticably larger than others. Another observation was that the Eevee was much taller, about 1/2 a foot taller, than other Eevee. This Trainer was, to put it lightly, an absolute idiot as he thought that thats how all Eevee will look at higher levels and that the other Eevee are just low level.
Nevertheless the Trainer loved his Eevee and he used her to trample all of their foes. The last observation the Trainer made was that this Eevee, was very, very, VERY, hungry almost the whole time that he had her. Unknowingly, this Eevee used to eat other pokemon of its size whole.
After a while of leveling up this Eevee the Trainer found a Water Stone and used it on his Eevee, and officially gave her the name "Vapor."
After evolving, Vapor became taller than what she should have been, and much hungrier than before. The Trainer had a hard time trying to keep Vapor full.
One night, after the Trainer had fallen asleep, Vapor woke up VERY hungry. She looked around to find some kind of food, but she was unsuccessful. When she came back to the temporary camp her Trainer had set up, she heard him snoring and looked over to his tent. She could see his feet and legs slightly through the crack of the tent and her stomach growled loudly. She slowly walked to his tent and peeked inside. She saw him fast asleep and when she looked at him her stomach growled loudly again. She was really hungry she thought to herself. She stared at her Trainer for what felt like forever, thinking to herself, "Should I eat him? But I can't he is my Trainer." This went on in her head for a few minutes before she came to the conclusion of, "I don't need a stupid Trainer anyways." So she swallowed him whole without waking him up.
The next day, she woke up and saw that she has digested her Trainer only half way. "Bye bye, tasty boy," she said, looking at her stomach, before heading out into a nearby forest to live her life eating anything or anyone she can find.

When wandering around a town one day, Vapor meets an... odd scientist who claimed he had an invention that could change how we see pokémon. He chose Vapor because she was the first pokémon he came across. Vapor agreed and followed the scientist.
At his lab, the scientist gave Vapor a piercing that allowed her to transform into an anthro. Although at the time, her chest was much smaller but her hips were almost equivalent to when she was feral. After transforming the first time she took her chance and gobbled up the scientist to grow her tits.
