Hoopa

Since the beginning of time, Hoopa used to roam the world freely, Unbound and all powerful, capable of dragging whatever it wanted via portals. Man lived in fear of this Pokemon for many, many eons until one brave soul rose up to defile the reign of the Unbound Hoopa. While the fight was long and hard, the hero managed to corner Hoopa and used a magical lamp that was made to seal and house Hoopa's Unbound form, making her Confined to it and unable to assume her true form.

Many years later, Hoopa decided that if she couldn't reign over the mortals, she might as well live with them so she traveled to a city surrounded by sandy dunes. The people at first didn't take to Hoopa since she did make their ancestors suffer but Hoopa knew about this, often performing miracles such as making food rain over the city, making sandstorms that would destroy the city disappear and foiling the plans of thieves by switching their loot with worthless junk and returning what was stolen to the owners. For hundreds of years, the city loved their protector and friend, treating Hoopa with respect.

But one day, Hoopa suddenly disappeared but not without leaving the means to protect the city to the people and a promise to return in times of crisis.

Upon leaving the city, Hoopa decided to travel to many worlds to spread some mischief and upon entering the Nexus, she found she could take up a humanoid form, allowing her to walk around as if she is just a human. While she isn't as powerful in form, she knows she can do just about anything if she puts her mind to it.

Being a Psychic and Ghost type, a unique typing known across the multiverse, Hoopa has the power to use psychic powers such as teleportation, mind reading, Telekinesis and more along with the power to phase through most objects, minor possession and loads of spooky stuff but that isn't the extent of her abilities.

Hoopa has a one in a kind power that no other Pokemon has, the power to create portals in which can take anything in this world and throw it out or she can reach into any number of alternate dimensions for just about anything. Her only limits is that she can't pull castles or anything larger or similar size through one of her portals or even the Prison Bottle which holds her Unbound powers.

For the day that Hoopa's powers are ever released via the Prison Bottle, pray that you don't anger her.
