That's the short explanation for who Hillary is, now here is the long answer. Hillary grew up with one great fascination in her life, everybody has a passion after all. Hillary's just happened to be about breasts. It didn't even start as sexual interest, she just loved how soft they felt, and how nice they looked on a girl's figure. When she was just young she was so excited to grow up and get breasts like all the ones she saw on older women, and more importantly, she was eager for her friends to develop their breasts.
