Hila

This matronly figure, lewd-looking appendage and skimpy outfit and all, is one of the highest beings in the Hell of the Realm of Bells. Her name is Hila Malakis, and she is a Lustful Messenger, a type of succubus caste meant to act as emissary to other spirit realms using their natural charms to sweeten deals and manipulate opinion. But through political maneuvering and sheer seniority and power, Hila has become one of the Twelve Noble Devils, second only to Her Solemn Radiance herself.

As a Noble Devil, Hila rules over one of the twelve districts of Hell, large planes of reality intersecting on the Infernal Crucible, the thirteenth district where HSR herself rules and the Twelve meet in councl. Hers is the realm of Fecunda, the Fields of Eternal Spring. Fecunda is a place historically ruled by the demons of Lust, one of the few sin-creches left in Hell, and also one of the largest. It is a beautiful place, with grass blades whose dew glistens like rainbows and a million species of tree, vine, and jungle plant. But it is a strange place as well, filled with strange rutting beasts, tentacled horrors, and sometimes bleedoffs from the creche of Gluttony, which actually is a duchy inside the plane of Fecunda.

The woman herself rules from the Palace of Crystal Dreams, in the capital city of Fecunda that exists on the highways over the endless jungles and fields. Here, Hell's red-light districts, wonderful eateries from the nearby Glutton's Creche, and even other amenities exist, for the demons of lust were given the unholy mandate to be the second light of Hell, to give comfort and excess to the other demons of the lands to strengthen their hearts for the eternal war. ...The palace itself is no different, with mistresses, slaves, courtesans, sexual dungeons and an actual harem joining the dining rooms, reading rooms, and throne room. In the palace itself, she collects as tribute slaves from both the 'world above' of mortals, and demons lower in the hierarchy, who she reshapes for her purposes both. The sign of wealth in Fecunda is life whether infernal or mortal, so it is her business to have the biggest gardens, greatest harems, and most servants. However, she is not hopelessly decadent either, and has a full corps of administrators and advisors (for the Radiance does not abide deriliction of duty in Her chosen!) to work on maintaining the realm and furthering taxation and business to afford all of this madness.

Still, if you were to go to the palace, it would be either as a tourist in the small public areas of it, an honored guest... or more likely, as a future slave. Some are locked up and kept for future 'shows' - whether being fed to or violated by the native plants of her gardens, made into any number of mockeries of life ranging from terribly lewd abominations of flesh, to living statues of crystal cursed with desire but forced to live it out with no ability to slake their lust... it all depends. She knows many kinds of debauchery, and so do her subordinate Mistresses (and Masters, as much as Fecunda is a matriarchy). And your life will be very interesting indeed if you're made a personal slave, as then you will be evaluated, tested, tormented in such pleasant ways as to see your weorth and know your true nature, so as to better serve the lady of the palace. Oftentimes slaves will even be remade to suit her desires, the power of Lust to command desirous shapes allowing her quite the leeway in shaping body and soul, even if the process can be quite involved~ In the end, her personal harem is usually purpose made, deeply loyal, and fundamentally /warped/ in nature.

But, what of Hila herself? She is... in personality, a motherly figure, though one that knows to tease and control can sometimes be quite lovely indeed. Ever following the lash with the caress is her way, as she uses torment and love to aid her magic in breaking and reforging the very souls of her victims~ Still, she is also relatively practical for all her decadence, and knows most beings' limits... so as to better toe them precisely.

And her powers? She's capable of wielding the Cold Light of Hell like most nobles, retaining some of her angelic nature due to close lineage from the Radiance Herself. Otherwise, she has internalized the sin of Lust in its special province as part of the succubi - inducing lust and twisting minds with seductive words, manipulating desire and emotion, and transmutation into forms more or less desired, more or less capable of... breeding. That tail of hers is quite capable of sexual conduct, and can even open up as well as it can shove itself into places~ But she can change others, not just herself - hers is not a snap-fingers-and-done process, though. She needs to intimately break down someone's mind, soul, or body through interaction before she can reshape any of them - but once that is done, she has extensive power to change any number of things about them. Tempt someone into the ways of hell and remake their very soul as a demon's, seduce someone enough and their entire mind begins to reform into loyalty to her, and touch, tease, and torture someone enough and their very body can become as statuesquely manly, voluptuously womanly, or even adorably childish as she sees fit.

Now feel free to enjoy the pleasures of the Palace~... Or to prepare yourself for the day when you properly address her as Mistress~
