Hex Mania! The Spooky Sensation Sweeping the Pokémon Nations!
It's actually a touch hard to define, but Hex Mania's a phenomenon that's been occurring for quite some time now. What some assume to be a simple trend and fascination with the occult may actually be something far more devious. The phenomenon seems to have originated in the Hoenn Region, but spread to Kalos and has since been manifesting in other regions, too.
As for what it is, that's up for debate. Mass-haunting? Disease? Trend? Any professor that spends their time studying it, few and mocked as they may be, will have their own interpretation of what's going on, and all have some form of merit or another, as well as a few cases that support their theories. Still, it's not something that seems to be of major concern to the Pokémon world at large, given criminal, terrorist, extraterrestrial and dimensional threats that have been occurring with such startling frequency of late.

So, out of character moment, a quick explanation may be in order for what you're about to get yourselves into.
This alt isn't exactly one Hex Maniac. In fact, more often than not, it's going to be multiple, with the possible exemption of the 'Occult Poltergeist Theory' scenario. The following list are theories that the few Professors and independent researchers concerned about the Hex Mania phenomenon have come up with, as well as minor snippets of 'case data' regarding them. Each of these situations are considered independently canon unless otherwise noted.
When playing with this alt, you'll need to site one of the cases or make a suggestion or theory as to what causes Hex Mania, because that'll pretty much determine what kind of scene you're wanting. If you come at me just wanting to play with a Hex Maniac, then it'll be a bit evident that you've not even glanced at the list. You do not need to study the list, just look through it and figure out what scenario sounds fun to you. I'll even include very brief snippets at the beginning of the case log that note specific 'reasons' for the theory, which will let you know what elements to expect in a scene featuring that form of Hex Mania. Small alterations can be made, and new theories can be suggested (if they're really good, I'll even add a case file and put it on the list!).

Occult Poltergeist Theory - Ghosts, often occupying various locations, be they houses, old office buildings, or the like. Their encounters have various effects on those they run into.
Contains Elements Of: Light reality bending, spooky occurences and scares, light vore elements, mindbreaking.Memetic Mania Theory - Extended time around Hex Maniacs can have some strange effects on certain individuals. Prolonged physical contact is ill advised if this scenario is what you suspect...
