Hayley has found herself capable of stuffing anything between her breasts. Anything that slips between them seems to be transported into some sort of alternate dimension, where neither their size nor weight has any affect on Hayley.
She can feel things between her boobs, sort of, and can freely reach in and pull things out herself.
She mainly uses these powers to make life comfortable as a petty thief, tucking things away when she believes nobody's paying attention in the stores she's walking through.
Still, she's not perfect, and people have noticed something up with her before... which is why she's classified as a supervilain. Most of the retail workers who have confronted her have never been found!
Hayley isn't really terribly dangerous, for a supervillain. Unless you slip into her cleavage, then she can be extremely dangerous. It's nearly impossible to escape without Hayley's help.
