Hayato

Hm? What? ... oh, these? Nah, I'm fine.

Understandable, really. He's clearly been worked over pretty thoroughly, sometime in the past. What happened, exactly, is unknown, and he's not really saying, but he insists he's fine.

... which he is, really. He's recovered, at least mostly, from whatever happened, and he's itching to get back in the game! What game? ... well, he's a pokemon trainer!

Of course, Hayato's world is a bit different than the usual pokemon setting. You see, he's from the same world as Professor_Willow (Who is, in fact, well acquainted with him). Hell, he's from the same town as her lab, even! So, needless to say, they've met.

Of course, there's rumors that there's more than that. He's often at the lab, if he's in town, for some reason, and he and the professor seem to get along VERY well. Rumors abound as to the nature of the relationship, but... well. The last person to see him before he turned up looking like that was the Professor. Coincidence?

... probably NOT. Especially not with the way his appetite has changed. See, he used to be a pretty picky, light eater, but now... now, he can demolish several pizzas on his own! And, well, his pokemon seem a little more.... subdued, and embarrassed, around him.

So, if you haven't deduced it yet, he's a voracious tamer. The good professor had her way with him, as a test subject for the experiments that lead to her own vorish abilities. Of course, it worked out okay, but there may have been some situations for him that involved dealing with not quite subdued pokemon, and them taking offense at his intentions.... oh well, live and learn, right?

So now, he's back in the saddle again, out wandering the region, looking for new pokemon, and new challenges.

... course, with so many cute demi-pokemon, it's inevitable that some wind up in rather different pokeballs. Still, feels good, right?

Personality-wise, he's friendly enough, confident(sometimes verging on cocky), and, yes, more than a little bit naughty. That said, he's typically a nice guy, under most circumstances. Which is to say, if you're not going to be food.

Oh. Working for the Professor DOES have its benefits, as well. It's not too surprising to see him testing out some tech for her, from time to time... like a pokeball that can capture people. CRAZY, right?



Recently(8/1/2013), Hayato has captured the lovely(if... well, let's be honest, pretty gross in some ways) koffing-gal named Natasha_Dogars! It was a long, drawn-out battle, but through careful planning, and the use of the right moves in order(Harden, Pound, and finally String Shot), he wore her down enough to capture her, sucking her into his pokeballs, not that she seemed to mind in the end....
